6. Bidder qualification requirements:
(1) Have the ability to independently bear civil liability, have good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system, and have the business scope related to the products of this bidding;
(2) Authorization letter of legal representative (original), copy of business license (if not three certificates in one, organization code certificate and tax registration certificate are also required);
(3) The bidder must be the manufacturer or agent of the bidding product; if it is an agent, it must provide an authorized agent sales certificate issued by the manufacturer;
(4) Have a business license that can provide services including prosthetics and orthotics assembly projects;
(5) Have similar supply performance in the past five years (subject to the bid winning notice or the original contract), and have the corresponding performance capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, technology, funds, etc.;
(6) In the three years before participating in government procurement activities, there are no major illegal records in business activities;
