Friends with disabilities need to pay attention: gait training is very important
For disabled friends with lower limb amputations, if it is their first time installing prosthetics, the quality of their gait determines their lifelong walking habits, so training their gait is very important. Generally, amputees do not train for too long in prosthetic companies. Most amputees hope to walk as soon as possible and return home quickly. Nowadays, prosthetic companies also cater to the psychology of patients, allowing them to train at home without major walking problems. But after returning home, there was no one to guide them, and many patients slowly walked in their own comfortable way. Therefore, I have also seen many disabled friends who have had their prosthetics installed and their gait is much worse than when they first installed them. The editor specifically searched for relevant gait training materials online and organized them for reference by disabled friends.

The above training methods should be trained in order, and if there are no training conditions, you can skip appropriately. Be sure to take protective measures. If you are very confident and like to challenge beyond the level, the editor is not responsible.
