Employment of Persons with Disabilities: Value Exploration and Disability Certificate Dependency Controversy

However, for disabled friends who are worried about employment, social value and national value do not seem to be directly related to the current living conditions. After all, if these values could directly solve the employment problem, everyone would not repeatedly run into obstacles on the road to job hunting.

We should focus on personal value, because it is the key to solving employment problems. When looking for a job, we must first reflect on ourselves:What value do I have? For example, if you write beautifully, you can teach; if you sing well, you can live broadcast. These are all manifestations of personal value. And just being able to endure hardship and being capable is not a unique value, because many people have such qualities, and some are even more able to endure hardship than us.

If friends with disabilities want to find a job and earn income, they must make themselves uniquely valuable. You must not pretend to be pitiful, cry out for poverty, or rely on others for charity. You know, when you beg incompetently, few people will be willing to help you; but when you work hard on your own ability, you will win a lot of applause.

"A poor person has a lot of ambition." Even if you have no special skills at present, no matter your age, you can learn a craft and improve your own value. In this way, whether it is employment or entrepreneurship, the road will be broadened.
