First prize winner of the National Civil Affairs Industry Vocational Skills Competition for prosthetic fitters

In recent years, the Ministry of Civil Affairs has conscientiously implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on civil affairs work and important instructions on skilled talent work, taken multiple measures to promote the construction of the civil affairs skilled talent team, continuously improved policies and systems, established civil affairs characteristic occupations, strengthened talent training, improved evaluation and incentive mechanisms, and cultivated a large number of high-quality and skilled civil affairs high skilled talents. Many "national technical experts" and "National May Day Labor Medal" winners who are rooted in civil affairs and selflessly contribute have emerged, providing strong talent support for solidly fulfilling their responsibilities such as basic livelihood security, grassroots social governance, and basic social services, and promoting the high-quality development of civil affairs. Holding the National Civil Affairs Vocational Skills Competition is an important measure to vigorously promote the spirit of model workers, labor spirit, and craftsmanship. It is of great significance for building a high-quality and professional civil affairs high skilled talent team and serving the high-quality development of civil affairs. This competition is the first national level first-class vocational skills competition jointly organized by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and the All China Federation of Trade Unions. It is hosted by the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government, co organized by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Jiangsu Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, and the Nanjing Municipal People's Government. It is a landmark event in the civil affairs industry with the highest standards, the most events, the widest number of participants, and the greatest impact. There are a total of five competition projects, including elderly care workers. After layers of selection in various provincial competition areas, a total of 32 participating teams and 307 contestants from various provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps participated in the finals of the competition, representing the highest level of technical skills in the civil affairs industry. The final will determine 5 first prizes, 7 second prizes, 8 third prizes, and several winners for each event. First prize winners can be awarded the title of "National Technical Expert" after approval, while first, second, and third prize winners can be promoted to vocational skill levels.
